With MoneyHash, you can create triggers based on payment methods, currency, amount, or any custom field passed through the intent. This guide will walk you through the process of configuring routing rules effectively.
Accessing Routing Rules
To access the routing rules page, follow these straightforward steps:

Navigate to Payment Flows in the Routing & Optimization section.

Select the specific payment flow you wish to edit.

Inside the chosen flow, navigate to the Routing Rules tab.
Adding triggers
To add triggers effectively, follow these steps:
- Initiate the configuration by clicking the "+" button to add your first trigger.
- Select Condition Type: Choose the type of condition you want to apply (e.g., currency, amount).
- Enter Condition Value: Enter the specific value for the condition. For instance, if you want to trigger a condition for transactions above a certain amount, specify that amount in the provided field.
Adding more conditions
You can add multiple conditions for each trigger. Below the condition you configured you can find the option to Add another condition.
Applying triggers to payment providers
Next, apply the triggers to payment providers by following these steps:

Add Payment Provider: After adding triggers, click the "+" button to enter the payment provider to which you want to apply the trigger.

Select Payment Provider: Choose the payment provider you intend to use.

Add Backup Provider (Optional): For added reliability, you can include a backup provider in case of a failed payment. To do this, click the "+" button after fail next to the primary provider and select the backup provider.
Add Multiple Triggers for Each Payment Provider
You can add as many triggers as necessary for each payment provider in your flow.
- Save your changes.
- Publish your changes to activate the changes on your account.
